Adorable Seal Pups Caught on Camera
A photographer has captured heart-melting images of fluffy grey seal pups at a popular nature reserve on Englandβs east coast.

A Seasonal Spectacle at Donna Nook
Each year, hundreds of visitors travel to Donna Nook Nature Reserve in Lincolnshire to witness the arrival of grey seal pups.

The site continues to grow in importance for the species, with 1,924 pups born last yearβan increase of 274 compared to 2024.

Playful Moments in the Wild
The photographs show the pups rolling through grassy areas, striking playful poses, and even staring wide-eyed at the camera. One image captures a pup appearing genuinely surprised, adding to the charm of the collection.

A Photographerβs Perspective
Photographer Vicky Outen said she has been visiting the reserve regularly over the past few years to document the pups.

βTheyβre incredibly lovable, and each one has its own personality,β she said. βBeing out in nature is always rewarding, but watching these seals grow and interact in their natural habitat makes the experience especially meaningful.β
