After a hugely successful one-month trial, The Grand Pier in Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset, is thrilled to announce that dogs are now welcome on the premises — for good!
Since throwing open the gates to canine companions in early June, the Pier has welcomed an incredible 25,000 paws along its boardwalk — a testament to just how much both dogs and their humans love the experience.
Leading the announcement was none other than Ripley, The Grand Pier’s beloved Chief Canine Officer:
“We’ve always believed dogs are family, and now they’re officially part of Pier life too! The trial couldn’t have gone better — tails were wagging, and visitors loved the new vibe. Honestly, I’ve never seen so many happy pups in one place!”
