She named him Lovebug ❤️
🚗 A Car Ride Full Of Gratitude
On the way home, the dog — later named Lovebug — made one thing very clear:
👉 He knew he was safe.
- He kept jumping up on Hannah
- Covered her face in kisses
- Stayed as close to her as possible
Despite being underfed and never having had a bath, all he wanted was affection.
🛁 His First Real Care
The moment they got home, Hannah gave Lovebug something he’d likely never experienced:
- A proper bath
- Gentle care
- A clean, safe space
He was unsure at first — but afterward, he clearly felt better.
Because of his past, Lovebug would pee when nervous or excited, so Hannah even got him a diaper to help him adjust without stress.
🐕 A New Brother, A New Life
Lovebug quickly met his new dog brother (yes, actually named Ryan Gosling 😄).
And instantly:
- They bonded
- They played
- They became inseparable
For the first time, Lovebug got to just… be a dog.
🩺 Healing Inside And Out
Hannah made sure he got everything he needed:
- Vet care
- Treatment for health issues
- Plans for microchipping and neutering
Step by step, Lovebug began to recover — not just physically, but emotionally.
💕 Learning How To Be Loved
Before rescue:
- He was tied up
- Lived in fear
- Didn’t know kindness
Now:
- He’s learning to play fetch
- Sleeps peacefully in Hannah’s arms
- Wags his tail nonstop
He’s discovering what love feels like — and giving it right back.
🐾 A Forever Change
Hannah didn’t plan on getting another dog.
But now?
She can’t imagine life without him.
🌟 The Name Says It All
Lovebug didn’t just get a new home.
He got:
