When a Loyal Pup Just Couldn’t Say Goodbye
Recently, Stefy Pucuna received an unexpected call from her son’s school in Tulcán, Ecuador. She had dropped him off just a short while earlier, so the call caught her completely off guard.
Her son had made it to class safely — but he wasn’t alone.
Much to the surprise (and amusement) of school officials, he’d arrived in the company of someone whose presence hadn’t exactly been authorized: the family’s dog, Kari.
Pucuna rushed back to the school, where she found her son sitting in class… with Kari happily by his side. It turns out that the pup occasionally joins Pucuna and her son on morning drop-offs, but this time, Kari had taken things a step further. Somehow, she’d managed to tag along unnoticed — either by sneaking in and out of the car or perhaps with a little help from someone small and sneaky.
Although a formal education wasn’t in the cards for Kari, she certainly stole the spotlight and brought smiles to everyone at school that day.
As for Kari? She’s now back home, presumably catching up on some well-earned rest — and maybe dreaming of her brief but joyful academic adventure.
