She became a hero ❤️ Earlier this month, the Milwaukee County Transit System in Wisconsin shared a touching story of empathy and quick thinking demonstrated by one of their dedicated bus drivers, known as Stephany K.
It was a rainy day, and with only a few passengers on board, Stephany noticed a lone dog in distress, soaked and appearing lost amidst the busy street traffic. Without hesitation, Stephany decided to take matters into her own hands.
Stopping her bus, she opened the door and called out to the frightened dog, coaxing him to safety aboard her bus. Ensuring the dog was secure, Stephany then contacted local law enforcement, who promptly arrived to transport the dog to safety. Later, she received the heartwarming news that the dog had been joyfully reunited with his relieved owner, a positive outcome directly resulting from Stephany’s compassionate actions.
